Duties

• Design and execute modern, top-performing, and responsive user interfaces.
• Convert sophisticated product qualifications into productive, reusable frontend parts.
• Lead technical direction and ensure alignment with our product aspiration.
• Compose clean, maintainable, and ability to scale code using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Work alongside backend engineers to combine APIs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure cross-operational base optimization and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with PMs, UI/UX professionals, and backend engineers to formulate and enhance product roadmaps.
• Convey design creative thoughts and technical decisions productively to participants.
• Support to User experience discussions and user efficiency enhancements.
• Build new capabilities that improve UX and lead product adoption.
• Keep up with the latest User interface/User experience and frontend engineering practices.
• Engage in product brainstorming, interactive simulation, and iterative running test.
• Promote an environment that fosters creative invention, ownership, and expertise-exchanging.
• Offer guidance to entry-level engineers and support to team expansion.
• Engage in code assessments and technical workshops.
