Duties

• Reach out delinquent borrowing recipients through phone calls, SMS, emails,
• Remind customers of overdue payments and clarify possible results of noon payment
• Bargain and set up repayment strategies that match with organisation rules and the borrower capacity
• Track repayment agreements and check in
• Modify loan repayment status in the companys DB or loan management system.
• Preserve confidentiatility when managing clirnt information
• Send routine, on a weekly basis, and every month recovery repports and management.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have at least SSCE certification with 0 - 2 years work expertise.
