• Oversee and oversee all laboratory staff at the LUTH on-site.
• Organize day-to-day activities to guarantee prompt sample processing and result dispatch.
• Ensure full compliance to standard operating standardized processes (SOPs) and quality assurance measures.
• Coordinate with LUTH advisors, clinicians, and participants to settle concerns and ensure smooth processes.
• Check in with the Storekeeper to guarantee proper stock of reagents, consumables, and ensure prompt restocking to prevent non-operational time.
• Ensure adherence to employees discipline, change organizing, and presence tracking.
• Offer consistent documentation on lab effectiveness, hurdles, and advancement strategies.
• Advance an environment that fosters uninterrupted standard enhancement and patient safety.
• Assist development and orientation of new employees at the facility.
• Verify that every recordkeeping, which includes patient records, Quality control data records, and system issue documentation, are finalize and precise.
