Primary duties

• Listen to students' matters, assist them process challenges, and formulate action strategies to handle academic, community-related, or emotional concerns.
• Help with course selection, college and scholarship applications, and profession organizing.
• Assist students oversee stress, formulate coping mechanisms, and promote positive connections.
• Mediate disputes between students and teachers or peers.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school employees to produce a helpful learning environment.
• Formulate and execute programs attentive on topics like drug and alcohol prevention or peer counseling.
• Preserve student records and track advancement.
• Address and oversee crisis conditions including students.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have a B.A, B.Ed, Bachelor's degree, PGDE Academic qualification with 4 years of expertise.
