Role summary

The Professional mixer Handler is in charge of operating and supervising mixing tools used to merge unedited materials into concluding or semi-concluding goods, according to specified formulas and quality benchmarks. This position is critical in making sure the uniformity, safety, and quality of goods in industries which includes food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, or cosmetics.

Primary duties

• Set up and operate professional mixers and blending machines in accordance with standard operating standardized processes (SOPs).
• Weigh and measure ingredients precisely using scales and batching operational structures.
• Load unedited materials into professional mixers and track mixing times and speeds based on batch qualifications.
• Verify that every batches meet necessary requirements for texture, color, and uniformity.
• Document generation data, which includes batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and processing times.
• Execute inspection procedures and inform supervisors of any discrepancies or malfunctions.
• Clean and sanitize tools and work zones before and after mixing to preserve hygiene guidelines.
• Comply firmly to health and safety protocols and use personal protective tools (PPE) as necessary.
• Help with stock management by status updates material usage and shortages.
• Follow Good Production operations Procedures (GMP) and standard safety standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (SSCE) or equivalent; technical development is a plus.
• Expertise: At least 1 – 2 years of expertise in a production operations or food/chemical generation environment.
• Competencies:
• Capability to follow formulas, directions, and health and safety protocols precisely.
• Understanding with mixing tools and basic mechanical processes.
• Meticulousness and dedication to product standard.
• Good physical stamina and capability to lift heavy bags or containers.
• Clear expression and collaborative ability.

Operating Terms

• Work is carried out in a factory or processing facility.
• May engage exposure to loud noise, dust, heat, or robust odors.
• Use of PPE which includes gloves, masks, and protective clothing is essential.
