• We specialize in tailored commute bundles, flight appointments, hotel booking arrangements, visa support, and group tours within and outside Nigeria.
• As we grow, we are looking for a driven and service-oriented Travel adviser to join our team and assist us take our solutions to the next level.

Position Overview

The Travel adviser will be in charge of managing client questions, making commute appointments, producing customized commute bundles, and offering informed opinion to customers. The preferred candidate should be committed to commute, possess clear articulation competencies, and be highly structured.

Primary duties

• Manage client questions through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Offer informed opinion on commute destinations, bundles, visas, and commute coverage.
• Schedule flights, hotels, transportation, and tours using online reservation channels (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or commute portals).
• Design and advance fashion designer-made and group travel bundles for local and international destinations.
• Preserve precise and current records of appointments, payments, and customer preferences.
• Offer post-reservation assist (e.g., flight modifications, cancellations, commute status reports).
• Build and preserve robust client connections through exceptional service.
• Stay current with commute practices, visa qualifications, and tourism progress updates.
• Organize with associates (hotels, airlines, travel operators) to guarantee smooth implementation of commute structured.

Qualifications

• OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or relevant field.
• 1 – 5 years of expertise in the commute or service sector.
• Practical understanding of flight and hotel reservation operational structures (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or OTA portals).
• Robust verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Client-oriented with good people skills.
• Skilled in Office productivity software and basic CRM resources.
• Robust meticulousness and task juggling skill under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for commute and tourism.
• Expertise with visa processing or travel bundle design.
• Understanding with social platforms promotion or commute content formation.
