About the Position

We are seeking a initiative-driven and commercially savvy Top level Procurement Manager to head planned procurement and procurement initiatives for WDCL. This position is critical to making sure prompt purchase of premium quality materials, tools, and solutions at attractive prices.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute procurement plans in sync with project and organisation targets.
• Head procurement, vendor certification, deal discussion, and performance check.
• Guarantee adherence with procurement rules, financial plan regulates, and compliance guidelines.
• Organize procurement organizing with project teams, engineering, and warehouse/logistics units.
• Oversee supplier connections and settle concerns concerning quality, dispatch, or pricing.
• Evaluate industry trends and recognize cost-saving avenues.
• Track procurement KPIs and produce consistent documentation for strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Stock Chain, Engineering, Business, or a relevant field (MSC or CIPS accreditation is a plus).
• At least 7–10 years procurement expertise in petroleum sector, EPC, or industrial projects.
• Robust bargain, logical, and agreement administration competencies.
• Deep comprehension of local and international stock chains.
• Required location Lagos (Island) or possess a concrete relocation strategy.
