Job Description

Carry-out safe fix, service and servicing & maintenance of tools as per SOP (Standard Operating Standardized processes) after carrying out a Risk Evaluation both in Site and Workshop.
Ensure Site/Service documentation are finished and signed by the assigned on-site delegate
Recognize, record and documentation any possibility mechanical defeats that may occur and action to be taken at once.
Accurate machine deficiencies by removing, repairing, modifying, overhauling, assembling and replacing key part assemblies, sub-assemblies, parts or operational structures which includes power transmissions, lead instructs, fuel operational structures, exhaust and brake operational structures, steering and hydraulic operational structures.
Preserve tools accessibility by executing preventative servicing & maintenance plans productively and recognizing possibility challenges early
Make sure that all organisation technical resources utilised are correctly signed for, are kept in a good operating requirement and are kept secure. Once signed for, you will be responsible for the technical resources
Execute room maintenance services obligations and ensure work zone is clean at all time
Preserve all organisation vehicles making sure they are kept clean, roadworthy and are only utilised as designed and intended.
Adhere with all Workplace safety and wellness Rules set by the organization and documentation any possibility risks to the Workshop / Site Manager.

Certification / Academic qualification in Mechanical / Automobile / Engineering
At least 4 years of related experience (machine repairs)
Proficient in English; French will be an added advantage
Google Workspace – Mid-tier rank
Industry experience in similar position which includes Servicing & maintenance Technican, Maintanance Manager, Drill Rig Technician
Country Expertise is a key plus; Machinery Expertise (or B2B organisation) is a key plus
Expertise operating with Drilling equiptment(a robust technical profile is wanted)
Technical sales expertise in a Dealership environment, ideally closing sales initiatives to mining and building clients
Applicants must possess prior expertise in drilling processes, which includes assessment, servicing & maintenance, diagnosing issues, and fix of drilling tools e.g., rigs, mining drills, etc.
