Facility and Resource control Associate at Lily Hospitals Limited in Benin, Edo

Position Overview

The Facility and Resource control Officer is accountable for managing the daily servicing & maintenance and management of the hospital’s facilities, tools, and tangible asset. This position make sure that all physical assets are properly preserved, tracked, and used productively to assist the hospital’s processes.

Primary duties

• Track and oversee the servicing & maintenance of hospital facilities, tools, and structure.
• Preserve an current asset register and ensure consistent auditing of all physical assets.
• Organize repairs, servicing, and preventive servicing & maintenance initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and service vendors to guarantee on-time completion of facility-associated solutions.
• Track utilities usage and endorse cost-efficient procedures.
• Assist procurement organizing connected with asset and facility needs.
• Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules in all facilities.
• Documentation and report to higher support tier key facility concerns to Team supervisor.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Facility Management, Engineering or a relevant field.
• At least 2 - 3 years demonstrated expertise in facility or resource control (healthcare expertise is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of servicing & maintenance standardized processes, tools managing, and stock operational structures.
• Competence in Excel spreadsheet software and facility management software.
• Effective communication, organizing, and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and oversee various key focuses.
