About the Position

We’re seeking a innovative, meticulous, and outcomes-driven Corporate identity & Content Expert to assume responsibility of our corporate identity’s narrative creation through all platforms. This position will oversee our blog, head article formation, supervise social platforms presence, and manage organisation communications, which includes email promotions outreach and in-app communication tone.

Primary duties

• Blog Management & Content Formation:
• Strategize analysis, compose, and refine compelling blog articles in sync with our corporate identity voice and SEO targets.
• Preserve an editorial calendar and guarantee promptness publishing.
• Work alongside internal teams and subject matter professionals for fresh, applicable topics.
• Social platforms Management:
• Formulate and implement a social platforms editorial plan across all organisation channels.
• Produce compelling posts (text, image, and video) that lead audience relation and growth.
• Track data analysis, monitor productivity, and enhance content for better outcomes.
• Organisation Communications:
• Prepare, design, and send email promotions outreach (bulletins, product status reports, campaigns).
• Compose and timetable in-app messages and push updates to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Verify that every information exchange reflects corporate identity tone and is clear, brief, and influential.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Marketing, Information exchange or relevant field.
• 1 - 3 years of expertise as a corporate identity and content expert or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in content formation, copywriting, and digital promotion.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, social platforms algorithms, and relation plans.
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Understanding with resources like WordPress, Intercom (or other email promotion channels), and social platforms admin systems.
• Innovative mind with robust organisational and schedule control competencies.
• Expertise in A/B running test for emails and social platforms marketing.
• Basic graphic design or visual content editing competencies.
• Comprehension of data analysis resources (Google Data analysis, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
