What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full lifecycle of corporate event generation, from organizing to post-event wrap-up
• Convert customer summaries into polished, creative event experiences
• Manage vendor management, financial planning, logistics, and in-field synchronization
• Ensure events are fulfilled on time, on corporate identity, and beyond anticipation
• Documentation and reflect post-event with effectiveness findings

Who We’re Seeking

• 4–5 years of expertise generating corporate events at scale
• Project sample of past projects, from professional forums to launches
• Calm under pressure, skilled speaker, precision-focused
• Adept at managing vendors, customers, and generation teams
• Excels within a adaptable, challenging, efficient-moving environment.
