Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Community-related Sciences, Child Protection, Public Regulatory framework, or a relevant field.
- At least 7 years in child protection analysis, public regulatory framework, or associated zones.
- Proven competence in analytics-based regulatory framework support, analysis synthesis, and evidence-based strategic judgment
- Understanding with child protection data operational structures which includes CPIMS+, DHIS2, GBVIMS, and other applicable channels
- Effective guidance, strategic organizing, and project coordination capabilities.
- Proven expertise in building strategic collaborations with government, Nonprofit organizations, and development associates.
Language Qualifications:
Fluency in English Language. Expertise in language of responsibility station would be beneficial.

- Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual agreement will not be assessed “employees members” under the Employees Rules and Regulations of the United Nations and UNICEF’s rules and standardized processes, and will not be entitled to perks offered therein (which includes depart entitlements and medical benefits package).
- Their terms of service will be ruled by their agreement and the General Terms of Agreements for the Solutions of Advisors and Individual Service providers.
- Advisors and individual service providers are in charge of assessing their tax financial obligations and for the payment of any taxes and/or obligations, in accordance with local or other relevant legal provisions.
- The selected applicant is solely in charge to guarantee that the visa (relevant) and health coverage necessary to execute the obligations of the agreement are valid for the full scope of period of the agreement.
- Selected applicants are subject to verification of fully-vaccinated status against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) with a World Health Company (WHO)-endorsed vaccine, which must be met prior to taking up the task.
- It does not submit application to advisors who will work remotely and are not anticipated to operate on or visit UNICEF premises, program dispatch sites or directly interact with networks UNICEF works with, nor to commute to execute processes for UNICEF for the duration of their consultancy agreements.
