Duties

CMI CD & Execute Specialists assist the CMI Growth Associates to head expert data analysis, particularly in collaboration of CD implementation in addition to in-market effectiveness e.g. market distribute growth, price & promo optimisation, TDP advancement, Shopping/Retailer/Channel Findings, NRM L0-L3 etc. The key anticipation is to recognize lucrative & applicable development potentials for the region/country that they work collaboratively - from a geography, category, channel & income viewpoint. Expert positions flow to value & supply field knowledge across BGs in the region/country – they assist the CMI Growth Associates, and as such their targets & workplans are designed against CMI Growth Work collaboratively key focuses.

Qualifications

• At least Bsc in Business / Economics / Promotion.
• 3+ years of expertise in data analysis at least – CMI, CD, data analysis, or finance.
• Trust and comfort in operating with data / numbers and being logically sound.
• Robust company consciousness & business strategic insight competencies.
• Adept at data analysis and art of story telling.
• Innovative issue resolution competencies.
• Promotion 6P strategic insight.
• Business strategic insight (CD and finance).
• Retailer & shopper implementation strategic insight – e.g. category management, retailer collaboration, assortment optimisation etc.
• Data synthesis & narrative creation (turning data into clear development potentials & creative thoughts.
• Highly skilled with excel and BI channels.
• Business intelligence & Modeling (predicting & elasticities).
• Data visualisation.
