Job Description

Capability to formulate & execute the enterprise Risk mitigation strategy Structure.
Capability to align standard operating standardized processes/business process with strategic targets.
Capability to supply consistent evaluation documentation for executive review & Board
Capability to track the FX & credit role routinely.

Formulate and execute the Enterprise Risk mitigation strategy (ERM) structure.
Recognize, evaluate, and minimize business, financial, credit, market, and adherence risks.
Guarantee adherence with local and international compliance obligations.
Track modifications in legal provisions, rules, and industry guidelines and modify rules as appropriate.
Coordinate with compliance-related bodies, auditors, and external participants.
Formulate and execute risk mitigation strategy and adherence rules, standardized processes, and regulates.
Carry out consistent adherence audits and risk evaluations.
Offer consistent documentation on threat level, adherence status, and risk reduction strategies to top level management and board of directors.
Strengthen internal regulate operational structures to prevent fraud, violation, and compliance-related breaches.
Head and supervise inquiries into adherence violations and risk incidents.
Carry out risk and regulation education to raise visibility and compliance.
Promote a risk-conscious culture across the company.

At least Second-class Upper Bsc in aAccounting, Audit, Economics or relevant field.
At least 5-10 years of expertise in Internal Audit/Regulate or Risk & adherence from Petroleum sector/Banking or Coverage.
The applicant should be ACA/ACCA certified.
