Job Description
Duties
- Formulate and execute Monitoring and evaluation frameworks for tracking advancement against project goals, institutional skills development results and outputs
- Track establishment and operationalization of Health Facility Technical Operating Groups (HFTWG), deploying of HFMIS resources, and capability of PHC executive guidance bodies through organized evaluation resources and consistent site visits
- Head rapid baseline evaluations including participant interviews and record assessments to establish current executive guidance procedures, operational structures and differences as outlined in work bundles.
- Work alongside state-level HMIS consultants to guarantee finalize, prompt and quality data collection, evaluation and status updates across all helped health facilities as part of standard procedure DQA exercises
- Coordinate consolidation of project supervising data with NHMIS DHIS2 operational base, making sure long-term viability and government ownership of data operational structures beyond project finalization
- Design and coordinate every quarter state PHC taskforce sessions and bi-yearly RMNCAH+N employee evaluation sessions using standardized schedule and effectiveness tracking resources
- Assist technical and logistic structured for Joint Yearly Assessments (JAR) which includes project setup of effectiveness dashboards.
- Carry out systematic recordkeeping of lessons learned from compliance interventions and skills development initiatives for adaptive management and expertise move
- Work directly with state Primary Health Care Development Agencies to institutionalize HMIS methods and Monitoring and evaluation operational structures within current government systems for long-term long-term viability
- Organize complete every quarter and yearly Monitoring and evaluation documentation for project and government associates using standardized design frameworks and accepted-upon effectiveness indicators.
- Assist yearly business organizing methods by offering evidence-based strategic guidance from Monitoring and evaluation findings and DHIS2 effectiveness data evaluation
- Other duty as allocated.
Credentials
- A postgraduate academic qualification in Community health, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or strongly connected discipline requiring at least 8 years related experience
- Strong insight of the M&E and HMIS system in Nigeria
- Understanding with national RMNCH and PHC indicators, data collection, and analytics platforms.
- Outstanding expertise in DHIS2 and other statistical bundles
- Outstanding documentation skilled in writing.
- Fluency in English. Expertise in a minimum of one local language of the project state is a plus.
