Position Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and meticulous Healthcare aide to assist healthcare experts in supplying premium quality patient care. The Healthcare aide will execute variety of clinical and managerial duty to help in the smooth process of the healthcare facility.

Primary duties

• Help nurses and doctors in basic patient care, which includes supervising vital signs and recording observations
• Assist patients with initiatives of routine living (e.g., bathing, feeding, mobility support)
• Organize and sanitize examination guest accommodations, tools, and instruments
• Guarantee promptness recordkeeping and updating of patient records
• Offer encouragement and education to patients and their families
• Manage medications with guidance (where allowed by law and regulatory framework).

Credentials

• At least a Secondary school certificate or equivalent; additional Healthcare accreditation (e.g., Accredited Nursing Support, CHEW) preferred
• Basic expertise in medical terminology and clinical standardized processes
• First assist and CPR accreditation is a plus
• Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities
• Capability to operate well with guidance and in a team
• Compassionate, patient, and physically suit.
