Role summary

The position of Software developer can be carried out at four levels of seniority: Entry-level, Associate, Top level, and Head; based on skills, expertise and effectiveness. While each level possesses scope changes in the role summary, all distribute the same entire characteristics outlined in this record with different business operational structures concentration (in different units): Enterprise platform planning, GTM and IS.

Position Objective & Targets

Work alongside Business Operational structures Analysts to design, formulate, and preserve ability to scale and premium quality business digital platforms that meet corporate and user expectations. Guarantee alignment to standardized best practices, coding guidelines, and ongoing development methods.

Running test & Fixing:

• Execute unit running test, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot your own code during the development stage.
• Settle software concerns promptly during system tests and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Handle software concerns in generation/live environments based on prioritized value and importance, in sync with your direct supervisor.

Personal Development:

Constantly stay informed and improve your expertise about the resources and technical solutions used within your unit. Stay informed about the evolution of emerging technical solutions and market trends.
