Games Master at Team Bonding Nigeria in Ikeja, Lagos

Primary duties

• Coordinate and organize games and initiatives during team bonding events
• Set up and arrange game materials and tools before each session
• Engage participants, motivate collaboration, and produce an exciting atmosphere
• Verify that every games are executed safely and openly for all participants
• Modify initiatives on the spot to match group sizes, dynamics, and customer preferences
• Help with event organizing, logistics, and system failure as needed
• Stand for the organization competently and improve the customer expertise.

Qualifications

• At least SSCE or equivalent with 2 years work expertise.
• Outgoing personality with clear articulation and people competencies
• Capability to energize and motivate groups of various sizes
• Physically active and capable to engage in games and outdoor initiatives
• Creativeness, quick thinking, and robust analytical abilities
• Readiness to commute to different event sites as needed.

Preferred:

Profile in event facilitation, sports mentoring, drama, or recreational initiatives Additional development in recreation, hospitality, or event management will be an added advantage.
