Position Overview

The Financial funding Banking Associate will documentation straight to the Corporate head and will be in charge of originating and carrying out financial consultative mandates, while supporting to the accomplishment of the organization's total output targets.

Primary duties 

• Recognize and acquire financial consultative avenues, which includes mergers and purchases, capital reorganization, and debt or equity capital lifting.
• Supervise all phases of financial consultative mandates—ranging from pitching to implementation, recordkeeping, and transaction closure.
• Design, framework, and head the implementation of sophisticated customer initiatives while training entry-level team members to guarantee competencies development and expertise move.
• Oversee participant connections throughout transaction implementation, which includes mid-to-executive top level customer delegates and applicable compliance-related bodies.
• Constantly track the external environment, evaluate possibility effects on the business, and endorse status reports to the business strategy as required.
• Formulate a deep knowledge of the organization’s strategic targets and co-head their implementation, pushing cross-closing sales programs across the Group.
• Proactively build and preserve solid connections with key external participants and applicable compliance-related governing bodies.
• Ensure the business receives suitable assist and teamwork from authorities and remains fully conforming with relevant compliance obligations, reinforcing the Group’s reputation for honesty and reliability and adherence.

Qualifications

• A Bsc in a numerate discipline which includes Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• A MSC in Business, Finance, or a relevant field, or a identified specialist certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ACA) is a plus.
• At least 7 years of related experience in financial consultative within an financial funding banking environment.
• Robust logical and quantitative competencies with meticulousness.
• Skilled in financial forecasting, appraisal methods, and financial funding evaluation.
