Duties
- Help clients with placing orders, tracking shipments/dispatch, and processing returns.
- Offer product information and strategic guidance to clients.
- Post organisation-associated initiatives to the WHATSAPP operational base.
- Work alongside other departments, to guarantee prompt and precise order fulfillment.
- Preserve precise records of client engagements and financial record.
- Recognize and report to higher support tier sophisticated concerns to supervisors/ direct supervisor.
- Stay current with service understanding and market trends to offer outstanding client support.
- Meet and exceed client fulfillment targets and key indicators.
- Constantly enhance client care methods and standardized processes.
- Making sure that customers are satisfied with goods or solutions by managing service issues and questions.
- Adaptable accessibility which includes weekends and holidays.
Credentials
- Bsc or HND qualification.
- Applicable specialist certification or accreditation.
- At least 3 years of client support expertise in ecommerce.
- Competence in ecommerce channels and client support software.
Competencies Necessary:
- Clear articulation, issue resolution and people skills.
- Solid understanding of Ms office tools.
- Capability to manage high volume client engagements.
- Robust issue resolution and strategic judgment abilities.
- Efficient schedule control competencies.
- Task juggling skill and assign priorities to tasks.
