Job Description

Primary duties

  • Safely operate organisation vehicles to transport employees, customers and associates to specified roles, which includes interstate commute and remote on-site sites.
  • Carry out routine vehicle inspections and preventive servicing & maintenance checks to guarantee roadworthiness.
  • Preserve cleanliness, serviceability, and guard of the allocated vehicle at all the time.
  • Precisely record fuel usage, mileage, trip data records, and servicing & maintenance records.
  • Help with loading and offloading of promotional assets, on-site materials, task management platforms, and customer documents.
  • Offer assistance during land distributions, on-site inspections, and real estate tours across various states upon demand.
  • Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, traffic rules, and safety guidelines.
  • Promptly documentation any road accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle concerns to the suitable department.
  • Manage formal errands which includes logistics synchronization, and managerial duty as directed.
  • Preserve a high level of courtesy, discretion and competence when trading with employees, management employees, customers, and associates.
  • Secure and send supporting trip documents which includes fuel vouchers, dispatch notes, and receipts.

Credentials & Qualifications

  • At least OND or Higher national diploma in any discipline (ideally in Logistics, Business Administrator, or a relevant field).
  • A minimum of 5 years of active pushing expertise, with a verifiable track document in a organized company.
  • Valid Nigerian driving permit and clean pushing document.
  • Demonstrated expertise with interstate pushing across Nigeria, especially in Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Edo, and surrounding states.
  • Outstanding expertise in road signs, pushing legal provisions, and defensive pushing methods.
  • Basic mechanical expertise and the capability to identify and documentation faults in vehicle effectiveness.
  • High sense of duty, timeliness, and discretion.
  • Good documented and spoken communication competencies.
  • Must reside within or close to Ajah or Sangotedo
