Job Description

We are looking for a very driven and meticulous Quantity survey specialist to join our agile team.
The successful applicant will be in charge of coordinating all expenses concerning building and civil engineering projects, from the starting design stage through to finalization.
This position requires robust critical thinking, business-related consciousness, and clear articulation to guarantee projects are fulfilled within financial plan and to the highest guidelines.

Organize thorough budget forecasts, financial plans, and cost strategies across multiple project stages.
Carry out quantity take-offs and organize complete Invoices of Quantities (BoQ).
Help in tender project setup, assessment, and deal discussions with service providers and suppliers.
Track and regulate project expenses throughout the building stage, recognizing and dealing with possibility overruns.
Manage building agreements, which includes valuing scope changes and processing payments to service providers and subcontractors.
Organize consistent financial statements, money movement projections, and concluding accounts.
Offer informed opinion on cost-efficient initiatives, cost optimization, and risk mitigation strategy.
Guarantee adherence possessing applicable rules and binding obligations.

Bsc or Higher national diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or a relevant field.
2 years of demonstrated expertise as a Quantity survey specialist
Competence in cost estimation software and Ms office tools (especially Excel), Trello
Robust quantitative, logical, and analytical abilities.
Clear articulation, bargain, and interpersonal abilities.
Thorough comprehension of local building legal provisions, agreements, and procurement methods.
