Job Description

Role summary

  • The position holder will head the entire management of allocated projects and channel of service dispatch.
  • S/he will be in charge of offering key daily management monitoring of allocated projects, oversee, supervise and oversee allocated channels of service dispatch within MSIN, and making sure country program and assist workspace teams are status updates, expenditure, and supplying as per proposal outputs and targets.
  • The position also comprises strategic data evaluation of program effectiveness and documentation collection for allocated projects and channel. The position will foster connections across the company, which includes international processes.

Adherence:

  • Ensure full adherence with donor compliance standards.
  • Ensure the project team (at national and state) follows with MSI clinical quality, finance, supervising and data status updates guidelines.
  • Making sure clear project records operational structures are submitted application and current for projects.
  • Conform to and ensure adherence to the MSI Anti-fraud and Bribery (AFB) standard procedures for the channel and all associated work.

Channel Management:

  • Strategic Executive guidance / development of the channel for boosted Effectiveness against KPIs
  • Clear ongoing evaluation of the circumstance in which the handled channel executes and the business model needed.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directorate to guarantee clinical guidelines are preserved in the channel.
  • Offer direction to the channel and coordinate teams’ productivity.
  • Standard procedure mapping of the business environment to recognize avenues and threats for intervention provided Nigeria’s circumstance for family organizing and post-abortion care.
  • Evaluation of MSIN’s advantages and weaknesses in responding to conceptualizing circumstance and needs.

Qualifications

  • Teached to academic qualification level or equivalent.
  • Applicable higher academic qualification/business certification (Preferred)
  • Track document in delivering financial and non-financial targets
  • Strategic thinker, with outstanding logical and business verbal abilities.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities
  • Outstanding executive guidance and management talent in top multicultural teams remotely
  • Pro-choice.
  • Adaptive schedule in operating in a evolving environment and robust adjustment leadership abilities.
  • High Decision and commencement competencies
  • Capability to commute (50%)
  • Eight years of project coordination expertise and the final three years must be one coordinating a large grant on sexual and reproductive health ideally family organizing.
  • Expertise coordinating interventions on Cervical Cancer, disability addition, menstrual hygiene, and sexual and gender-based violence is a plus.
  • Outstanding comprehension of the sexual and reproductive health and family organizing environment in Nigeria.
  • Good comprehension and practical understanding of the North.
  • Expertise coordinating donors which includes BMGF, USAID, FCDO, BMZ etc.
  • Capability to operate under own plan.
  • Precision, meticulousness and high numeracy and critical thinking.
  • Clear expression competencies – both documented and verbal; diplomatic and capable to oversee sensitive information.
  • Highly conceptualize people skills, which includes cross-team discussing terms and building relationship.
  • Improved support competencies and capability to participate with top government participant
