Director, BOAT Foundation at Lifebank in Yaba, Lagos

Position Overview

The Director will supervise the organizational approach, processes, and management of BOAT Foundation, making sure the dispatch of premium quality solutions, productive processes, and exceptional participant relation.

Position duties

• Head the BOAT team in executing strategic strategies that match with the Foundation’s purpose and direction to attain its targets and targets
• Preserve an environment that fosters superiority, creative invention, and participant-centricity
• Supervise BOAT's business management, which includes logistics, stock chain, and quality assurance
• Formulate and oversee financial plans, making sure productive use of assets and most effective distribution of capital
• Build and sustain connections with participants, which includes donors, associates, and group key stakeholders
• Head procurement and securing financing from grants and other financing avenues to assist BOAT's programs and solutions
• Analysis, compose, and evaluate grant proposals to guarantee alignment with BOAT's targets and targets
• Guarantee adherence with compliance obligations, industry guidelines, and BOAT's rules and standardized processes
• Recognize and minimize risks, making sure the continuity and adaptability of BOAT's processes
• Work alongside other Nonprofit organizations, group entities, and participants to leverage assets, proficiency, and networks
• Stand for BOAT in external forums, professional forums, and sessions, supporting its purpose, aspiration, reach, and effect
• Oversee board of directors and all other compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• A academic qualification in Non-Profit Management or a relevant field.
• At least 4-7 years of expertise in a executive team position, ideally in an NGO, healthcare sector, or non-profit company.
• A established history of strategic organizing, business management, and team lead.
• Clear articulation, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic environment, prioritize and oversee various duty and due dates.
• Committed to supplying premium quality solutions and optimizing healthcare results in asset-restricted settings.
