Wheel Loader / Front-end loader Handler at Recore Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

The Wheel Loader Handler is in charge of safely operating a wheel loader to load, transport, and unload materials which includes aggregates, sand, cement, or unedited materials in and around building sites, batching plants, or stockyards. The position ensures productive managing of materials while preserving tools and conforming to safety guidelines.

Primary duties

• Operate the wheel loader to load materials into hoppers, bins, trucks, or onto conveyors.
• Preserve a clean and structured work zone by moving materials productively.
• Carry out routine assessment of the loader (oil, water, tires, lights, brakes, etc.).
• Follow health and safety protocols and on-site regulations while operating tools.
• Documentation any faults, loss, or needed repairs to the servicing & maintenance or manager team.
• Ensure precise loading based on directions from the batcher or manager.
• Help in material stockpile management and stock rotation.
• Organize with batching staff and truck drivers for smooth processes.
• Keep tools clean and execute basic standard procedure servicing & maintenance duty.
• Preserve routine business data records and activity records.
