About the Position

We are seeking a devoted, stylish, and highly structured In-store & Customer experience Associate to oversee our flagship store and serve as the first point of reach out for clients both retail and online. The preferred candidate is assured, digitally savvy, possesses great taste, and comprehends how to provide exceptional service in a high-end fashion or lifestyle environment.

Online Client Relation:

• Address messages on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Organize with the studio to guarantee client orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
• Track and modify clients on the status of their orders.

Website & E-commerce Backend:

• Upload and modify new goods, summaries, prices, and accessibility on the website
• Make sure that inventory quantities are precise across channels
• Assist with simple backend servicing & maintenance duty for the online store.

Studio Synchronization:

• Serve as the bridge between the store and the studio to guarantee smooth handover of orders and any product-associated concerns
• Assist quality assurance by flagging and documenting any product variations
• Keep a document of client preferences and recurring requests.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of expertise in in-store, fashion, or client support
• Robust sense of personal style and an comprehension of premium quality clothing and visual communication
• Clear and specialist verbal abilities (spoken and documented)
• Cozy using e-commerce channels, Google Lead, and communication tone resources
• Highly structured and dependable, with the capability to oversee various key focuses.

Added Competencies:

• Social platforms leadership background - Preferred
• Store layout design or basic photography expertise - Preferred
