Backend developer - Stablecoin at Kredete Limited in Lekki, Lagos

Role summary

We are seeking a skilled and strong effect Backend developer to lead our growth, the candidate will be in charge of the architecture and building of a ability to scale and dependable system, leading other engineers through the complications of blockchain consolidation and worldwide payment structure.

Duties What You’ll Do:

• Build internal ledgering operational structures that track balances across various chains and token types
• Combine stablecoin structure into Kredete’s current payment infrastructures, empowering smooth transformation between any helped currency and stablecoins
• Head and grow a attentive, high-effect engineering team building stablecoin structure from the ground up.
• Design and execute secure operational structures for key management, transaction signing, gas fee management, and blockchain consolidation
• Own solutions that oversee the full lifecycle of stablecoin financial record mint, burn, move, settlement
• Collaborate with engineers to compose, evaluate, and ship generation code
• Work alongside product and adherence to supply dependable and auditable solutions

Qualifications Who You Are:

• Skilled engineer with 5+ with in-depth understanding in object-oriented design and generation-grade software development, which includes a minimum of one firmly typed language (e.g. Kotlin, Java, C-Sharp, C++, Rust,Python)
• A cooperative, empathetic and practical leader. An astute speaker, operating well with product, adherence and all non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated expertise building and combining blockchain structure (wallets, transaction flows, key management, etc.) into larger financial operational structures
• Skilled in combining new operational structures into legacy or distributed environments without introducing instability or regressions.
• Firm knowledge of secure system design, especially around private key managing, signing, encryption, and business regulates
• You train engineers through consistent code assessments and technical direction, and motivate exchanging practical expertise across the team
• Capable to quickly pick up unfamiliar resources or frameworks when needed and adapt to evolving technical key focuses.
• Nice To Possess: thorough expertise in FX payments, Core banking, launch banking or financial structure.
