Qualifications

• Selected applicants must possess a maximum of 10 years’ expertise as a specialist cook.
• At least 3 years’ previous expertise
• Selected applicants should have at least Higher national diploma degre.
• Should be capable to Design and modify menus showcasing continental dishes (soups, salads, grills, pasta, pastries, etc.), Organize, chef, and show meals to a high standard of taste and visual communication.
• Should possess good kitchen leadership abilities
• Arrange and oversee kitchen processes during continental service, Ensure proper use of ingredients, accurate cooking methods, and regular portion sizes.
