Overview

We are looking for a innovative and driven Cook to join our team within an FMCG environment. The successful applicant will play a main responsibility in conceptualizing product strategic trials, creating culinary findings, and assisting new product advancements.

Primary duties

• Formulate and test new recipes for feature advancement and advancement.
• Offer culinary findings to mentor product development and buyer preference studies.
• Carry out product strategic trials, field experiments, and tastings to guarantee quality and uniformity.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams, which includes Research & development, Promotion, and sales.
• Preserve hygiene and food safety guidelines in all kitchen processes.
• Stay informed on culinary practices, buyer tastes, and food visual communication styles.

Preferred Credentials

Culinary accreditation or academic qualification in food science, culinary arts, or relevant field. Expertise in product development or Research & development is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of demonstrated expertise as a culinary cook.
• Readiness to operate in a dynamic FMCG (Efficient-Moving Buyer Goods) environment.
• Robust creativeness and enthusiasm for food creative invention.
• Capability to convert culinary proficiency into practical product findings.

• Expertise in food safety compliance guidelines.
