Position Overview

We're looking for an skilled Top level Software Engineering operations manager: Integrations to head the design, dispatch, and compliance of consolidation solutions and channels that link applications, data, and external associates across the enterprise. This position ensures smooth, secure, and ability to scale integrations between core operational structures, digital channels, backend solutions, and third-party ecosystems, while conforming to enterprise engineering guidelines. The preferred candidate blends in-depth specialized skill with executive guidance, compliance, and cross-operational partnership to lead consolidation superiority.

 Duties

• Strategize and implement the enterprise consolidation roadmap, making sure alignment with enterprise engineering and business plans.
• Advocate an API-first and event-driven consolidation approach to enable reusability and speed-to-market.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to set consolidation guidelines, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Lead modernization of legacy integrations (ETL, point-to-point) into cloud-native, instantaneous, and ability to scale solutions.
• Supervise the development and management of API gateways, ESBs (Enterprise Service Buses), event streaming channels, and middleware.
• Ensure integrations are resilient, secure, and optimized for effectiveness.
• Regulate API lifecycle management, versioning, and developer orientation.
• Head dispatch of B2B, B2C, and third-party integrations, which includes financial technology and work collaboratively ecosystems.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise consolidation compliance across all teams and business domains.
• Guarantee adherence with guard, data confidentiality, and compliance obligations across consolidation flows.
• Supervise observability frameworks for consolidation supervising, data recording, and warning.
• Establish guidelines for data agreements, schemas, and message exchange data layouts.
• Head and train consolidation engineers, architects, and operational base specialists.
• Promote an environment that fosters engineering superiority, partnership, and creative invention.
• Formulate profession pathways and competencies growth in APIs, middleware, event streaming, and cloud-native consolidation technical solutions.
• Advance cross-team partnership between backend, mobile, and digital channels to guarantee uniformity in consolidation procedures.
• Oversee connections with consolidation operational base vendors (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee, Kafka, Dell Boomi).
• Collaborate with internal product, backend, and digital teams to supply smooth comprehensive initiatives.
• Stand for consolidation engineering in architecture boards, compliance forums, and business-in sync programs.

Credentials Education

Bsc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Operational structures, or associated discipline (compulsory). Postgraduate certification (Master's degree in IT/Software, Master of business administration) – advantageous.

Expertise:

• 10–12 years’ expertise in software/consolidation engineering, with a minimum of 5+ years in executive guidance positions.
• Demonstrated expertise with enterprise consolidation channels, API management, and event-driven architectures.
• Solid experience in designing secure, reusable, and high-effectiveness consolidation solutions.
• Practical experience in cloud-native consolidation (serverless, containerized solutions).
• Track document of combining core enterprise operational structures (Enterprise platform planning, CRM, Core Banking) with digital and work collaboratively ecosystems.
• Expertise in vendor management, operational base selection, and cost optimization for consolidation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• API & Consolidation qualifications (MuleSoft Accredited Architect, Apigee API Engineer, Kafka Accredited Developer).
• Cloud qualifications (AWS, Azure, GCP – Consolidation or Architect tracks).
• Nimble / SAFe qualifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner).
• ITIL v4 or compliance frameworks – advantageous.

• In-depth understanding in consolidation architectures (API, ESB, EDA, ETL).
• Solid understanding of data flows, agreements, and service orchestration.
• Executive guidance and team lead competencies, with expertise conceptualizing expert consolidation teams.
