Role summary

• This role is in charge of the servicing & maintenance and fix of all of Electrical operational structures and tools which includes organized servicing & maintenance, installation and modifications.  
• Preserve and fix all electrical operational structures which includes diagnosing issues, preventative servicing & maintenance, electrical system installation and short-term power system setups.  
• Guarantee alignment to all local codes and rules, follow internal safety rules and standardized processes.  
• Carry out standard procedure preventative servicing & maintenance on all tools as allocated. Install wiring and devices.  
• Operate and preserve in-house lighting regulate operational structures.  
• May be in charge of helping with the setup, tear down and allocation of short-term power for shows and events held on real estate.  
• Execute safety checks all electrical devices.  
• Preserve an adequate inventory of parts and ensure cleanliness in allocated spaces.  
• Execute other obligations as allocated.
