Overview

• We're looking for a highly skilled Top level Software Engineering operations manager: Mobile to head the plan, design, development, and optimization of the company’s mobile channels and applications.
• This position ensures the dispatch of secure, ability to scale, and top-performing mobile initiatives that offer exceptional client experiences while aligning with enterprise engineering and digital plan.
• The preferred candidate blends in-depth specialized skill with effective guidance competencies to foster creativity, modernize mobile channels, and train top-performing teams.

Duties

• Establish and lead the mobile application engineering aspiration and roadmap, making sure alignment with enterprise and digital channels plan.
• Stay forward of emerging mobile technical solutions and practices, which includes cross-operational base frameworks, super-app ecosystems, 5G, and AI in mobile.
• Collaborate with product, enterprise engineering, and architecture teams to supply ability to scale mobile-first initiatives.
• Supervise the comprehensive development lifecycle of mobile apps (iOS, Android, hybrid channels).
• Ensure dispatch of high-effectiveness, secure, and dependable mobile applications assisting large-scale user base.
• Head modernization programs, which includes cloud-native mobile backends, micro-frontends, CI/CD for mobile, and containerization.
• Oversee app store adherence, versioning, and release cycles.
• Ensure mobile channels follow enterprise guard, data confidentiality, and compliance obligations.
• Supervise mobile observability, crash data analysis, and effectiveness supervising frameworks.
• Align mobile application engineering guidelines with enterprise engineering compliance.
• Head and train mobile application engineering teams, which includes managers, top level developers, and Quality assurance engineers.
• Promote an environment that fosters creative invention, partnership, and ongoing development.
• Build profession paths for mobile engineers and ensure upskilling in modern mobile frameworks and cloud-native procedures.
• Work alongside digital channels, product, design, and customer experience teams to shape mobile journeys.
• Serve as the technical authority on mobile channels, shaping business and tech decisions.
• Stand for mobile application engineering in executive forums, steering panels, and vendor collaborations.

Credentials Education:

Bsc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Operational structures, or associated discipline (compulsory). Postgraduate certification (Master of business administration, Master's degree in Software/IT) – advantageous.

Expertise:

• 10–12 years’ expertise in software engineering, with a minimum of 5+ years top mobile application engineering teams.
• Established history in supplying large-scale mobile applications with high client adoption (financial solutions, financial technology, e-commerce).
• Expertise with native (Swift, Kotlin), cross-operational base (Flutter, React Native), and hybrid mobile frameworks.
• Practical exposure to mobile CI/CD pipelines, mobile application guard, observability, and effectiveness optimization.
• Expertise coordinating financial plans, vendors, and external contracting associates for mobile application engineering dispatch.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mobile development qualifications (Google Associate Android engineer, Apple iOS Developer Programme).
• Cloud qualifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Nimble / SAFe qualifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Practitioner).
• Development-operations qualifications (Kubernetes, CI/CD resources).

• In-depth understanding in iOS, Android, and cross-operational base development ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of API consolidation, cloud backends, and modular, independently deployable services architecture.
