Position Overview

• We are looking for an skilled Technical Feature lead (TPM) to head the development and scaling of Kredete’s stablecoin structure goods.
• This position requires a robust mix of specialized skill, product plan, and implementation competencies.
• You will collaborate with engineering, adherence, and strategic collaborations teams to design, supply, and scale stablecoin-based payment rails, APIs, and B2B/B2C initiatives across various corridors.
• This is a high-effect position where you’ll be shaping the backbone of financial structure across Africa, empowering millions to move money internationally with stablecoins.

Primary duties

• Own the product aspiration and roadmap for stablecoin structure, which includes wallets, on/off-ramps, cross-border APIs, credit-linked stablecoin goods, and settlement rails.
• Establish KPIs, product targets, and measurable results for adoption, transaction volumes, uptime, and scalability.
• Stay forward of emerging practices in stablecoins, DeFi, and cross-border payment guidelines to guide product direction.
• Convert abstract plans into clear product qualifications for engineering and design teams.
• Oversee sprint organizing, dependencies, and interdepartmental alignment to guarantee prompt, premium quality dispatch.
• Generate organized recordkeeping of product decisions, qualifications, and adherence alignment.
• Collaborate with design to guarantee intuitive, regular, and reachable User interface/User experience flows.
• Lead the design of secure, ability to scale, and dependable stablecoin structure (wallet solutions, ledgers, audit trails).
• Supervise integrations with banking associates, blockchain networks, payment processors, and KYC/KYB vendors.
• Ensure resiliency, high accessibility, and guard of all structure parts.
• Assist scalability across multi-currency corridors and enhance settlement expenses.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical participants.
• Offer roadmap status reports, dispatch timelines, and adoption indicators to executive guidance and associates.
• Work alongside business development to onboard enterprise/API customers and assist smooth integrations.
• Build customer-facing recordkeeping, advisors, and FAQs to reduce assist friction.

Credentials & Expertise

• 5+ years of product leadership background in financial technology, payments, blockchain, or financial structure.
• Robust technical profile (Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field) with capability to participate intensely with engineers.
• Practical experience with stablecoins, crypto custody, fiat on/off-ramps, cross-border payments, or core banking operational structures.
• Established history of shipping high-scale financial structure goods with measurable adoption.
• Competence with PM resources (Jira, Confluence, Notion) and API running test resources (Postman).
• Deep knowledge of adherence frameworks (AML/KYC, MSB/EMI, FATF) in the circumstance of stablecoin goods.
• Exceptional logical, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Expertise in dynamic new venture environments, top cross-operational teams without direct authority.

Preferred Competencies:

• Prior expertise with blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, Layer-2s) and stablecoins (USDC, USDT).
• Expertise in liquidity management, FX, and settlement flows for cross-border payments.
• Understanding with API recordkeeping resources (Swagger, GitBook, Postman collections).
• Robust API design and system manuals competencies.
• Exposure to credit goods for underbanked and financial addition application scenarios.
• Competence with teamwork platforms (Slack, Figma, Notion).
