Top level Feature lead - Banking at Fairmoney Microfinance Bank in Nigeria

Position Overview

The Top level Feature lead for our Neobanking division will play a key role in designing and executing plans for our banking goods. This role needs an specialist comprehension of digital banking practices, compliance-related environments, and the unique financial needs inside the African market.

Product Roadmap Management:

Work jointly with teams spanning Engineering, Promotion, User experience/User interface Design, Business intelligence, and Processes to formulate a cohesive and feasible product roadmap. Constantly assess and modify the roadmap in response to market changes, buyer response, and strategic key focuses.

Team lead and Development:

Head, train, and build capabilities inside the product executive team to promote an environment that fosters creative invention and superiority. Establish clear team targets, proposal regular response, and assist professional development.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or relevant field; Masterʼs preferred.
• Comprehensive expertise as a Feature lead Leader inside the banking or financial technology sectors.
• Complete comprehension of digital banking goods, which includes mobile banking, API-driven banking solutions, and client relation resources.
• Robust critical thinking with a competence in data evaluation resources which includes SQL, Python, and Excel.
• In-depth understanding with the Nigerian and broader African financial technology landscapes; expertise in local banking rules and client actions is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional executive guidance and verbal abilities, with a verified ability to oversee top-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Creative and innovative outlook, with a dedication to hands- on issue resolution and a analytics-based approach.
