Position Overview

We are looking for dependable and physically suit Loaders to help with the loading, unloading, and movement of goods within our in-store and warehouse processes. The preferred candidate will make sure that goods are managed safely and productively to assist smooth store and logistics initiatives.

Primary duties

• Load and unload goods from dispatch trucks, containers, and storage zones.
• Organize and stack items safely on pallets, shelves, or appointed zones.
• Help drivers and stock employees in checking quantities during loading/unloading.
• Manage goods with care to prevent loss or loss.
• Use basic managing tools (pallet jacks, trolleys, etc.) where necessary.
• Preserve cleanliness and orderliness of loading/unloading zones.
• Follow organisation health and safety protocols and wear the necessary protective gear.
• Documentation any impaired goods, shortages, or safety risks promptly to supervisors.

Qualifications & Competencies

• At least SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous expertise in loading/unloading, warehouse, or logistics positions is a plus.
• Physical fitness and the capability to lift heavy items safely.
• Meticulousness and capability to adhere to guidance.
• Good collaboration and verbal abilities.
