Job Description

We are seeking a highly achieved specialist to take full ownership of our capital plan, investor relations, and long-term alliances.
As the sole head in this critical operation, you will be directly in charge of securing the financing and alliances that will power the organization’s growth and long-term success.
This position is remote, based in Nigeria, with international investor relation necessary.

Capital Plan Ownership: Design and implement the organization’s capital raising roadmap, making sure alignment with growth and financial targets.
Investor Relations Executive guidance: Serve as the single point of reach out for all investor engagements, fostering robust, long-term connections with initiative capital, private equity, institutional, and angel investors.
Collaboration Development: Recognize and secure strategic alliances that complement capital programs and launch fresh opportunities for growth.
Depiction & Information exchange: Act as the organisation’s voice to the financial funding group, supplying clear, captivating, and specialist communications.
Industry findings: Constantly track financing practices, investor requirements, and attractive activity to role the organization as a captivating financial funding prospect.
Board & Executive Status updates: Deliver promptly, analytics-based status reports and strategic guidance to executive team and board of directors.

Exhibited success in lifting capital across various rounds (Seed, Series A, and beyond) for high-growth companies or financial funding firms.
Robust network of investors and financing associates in Africa and internationally.
In-depth understanding in financial forecasting, appraisal, and transaction arranging.
Exceptional speaker with robust visual communication and bargaining ability.
Entrepreneurial, resilient, and capable to thrive as the primary driver of capital and collaboration plan.
