About the Position

• Bolt is seeking a Top level Chief operator (SGM) to supervise our ride-hailing business across Nigeria and Ghana.
• This is a executive team position where plan meets implementation, and where your decisions will directly shape emerging direction of urban mobility in West Africa.
• As SGM, you’ll own the effectiveness of two critical markets, lead long-term development, and ensure Bolt remains the operational base of choice for both drivers and riders.
• You’ll build and develop high-level connections, from authorities and government authorities to local networks and business associates, while keeping our teams engaged, inspired, and supplying at the highest level.

About the Position

You’ll team up with HQ teams (Growth Data analysis, Growth, Central Processes, Promotion, Product, Compliance-related, CS), documentation straight to the Regional Director for Africa & Southeast Asia, and motivate teams in two countries that are central to Bolt’s Africa growth story. Nigeria and Ghana are core growth markets for Bolt in Africa: dynamic, attractive, and full of avenue. As Top level GM, you’ll possess the chance to influence the mobility landscape in two countries, lead quantifiable effect at scale, and depart a lasting mark on Bolt’s Africa journey. Main Duty and Duties

• Head strategic and yearly business organizing for Nigeria and Ghana, making sure bold strategies are translated into robust implementation<./point> Recognize country-specific risks, practices, and avenues, and produce tailored responses to boost expansion and minimize hurdles.
