Position Overview

The Adherence and Business data analyst is in charge of making sure corporate compliance to compliance-related, lawful, and company regulation qualifications while leveraging business intelligence to check adherence effectiveness, identify risks, and assist informed strategic judgment. The position includes preserving adherence frameworks, evaluating large data collections, getting ready adherence documentation, and partnering with departments to guarantee ethical, transparent, and analytics-based processes.

Development & Consultative:

• Offer learning to employees on adherence guidelines, information security, and ethical procedures.
• Serve as a point of reach out for adherence-associated queries cross-functional units.
• Advise management on adherence risks and risk reduction plans.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Law, Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or relevant field.
• A member of a professional body in Adherence, Risk mitigation strategy, or Data Analyticsis a plus.
• 3 – 5 years of expertise in adherence, risk, audit, or data evaluation position.
• Solid understanding of compliance-related frameworks applicable to the industry (e.g., financial rules, data confidentiality legal provisions, business oversight).
• Competence in data evaluation resources (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R).
• Expertise with adherence management operational structures and analytics platforms.
