Air conditioning Technician at Ama-Zuma Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited in Abule-Egba, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient and skilled Air conditioning Technician to install, preserve, and fix AC operational structures and other Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning tools. The preferred candidate should possess robust domain expertise, practical experience, and the capability to diagnose issues productively to guarantee most effective effectiveness of operational structures.

Primary duties

• Install, preserve, and fix residential, business-related, and industrial AC operational structures.
• Examine and diagnose system malfunctions and decide suitable initiatives.
• Execute standard procedure servicing & maintenance duty, which includes cleaning coils, evolving filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Test operational structures and parts to guarantee they are operating properly and productively.
• Read and analyze technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, safety guidelines, and local Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning codes.
• Preserve precise records of work carried out, which includes parts used and work hours.
• Endorse system upgrades or replacements as required.
• Help with other facility servicing & maintenance duty as allocated.

Qualifications

• Certification/Accreditation in Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, Refrigeration, or a relevant field.
• 8 - 10 years demonstrated expertise as an Air conditioning Technician or similar position.
• Expertise in Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operational structures, resources, and electrical parts.
• Understanding with local Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning codes and rules.
• Capability to operate independently and in a team.
• Robust diagnosing issues and analytical abilities.
• Physical stamina and capability to operate in various environments.
