Obligations and Duties  

• Comprehend the nature of organisation goods and solutions.
• Head user analysis endeavors to comprehend our users’ actions, needs, and motivations, utilizing various analysis methods.
• Formulate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to convey engagement and design creative thoughts productively.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for omnichannel platforms applications, making sure uniformity across all channels.
• Advocate availability and welcoming visual design rules to produce welcoming experiences to all users.
• Collect and integrate user input and iterate on designs to improve user fulfillment.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams (e.g., PMs, developers) to guarantee functional visuals are technically feasible and in sync with business targets.
• Preserve and evolve current design operational structures and User interface part libraries to guarantee uniformity and effectiveness.
• Stay informed on User interface/User experience practices, industry standards, and emerging technical solutions, combining them into the design methodology where relevant.
• Team up with cross-operational teams, which includes PMs, developers, and participants to guarantee that design qualifications are fulfilled throughout the full scope of product development lifecycle.
• Produce and preserve design recordkeeping, which includes branding manuals, User interface parts libraries to guarantee uniformity and scalability of design assets.

Expertise:

At least 2 years of expertise as a User interface/User experience Designer or similar position, with a robust project sample demonstrating User interface/User experience design projects.

Ability Qualifications:

• Competence in engagement and graphic design; user-centered visual design rules; and expertise designing interfaces for omnichannel platforms applications.
• Expertise in carrying out user analysis and viability evaluation.
• Clear expression and partnership competencies, capable to show notions transparently and work productively with cross-operational teams.
• Robust meticulousness and analytical abilities.
• Competence with design resources which includes Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Expertise in design operational structures, availability standard procedures, user efficiency principles, and engagement design industry standards.
• Expertise with user analysis methods, viability evaluation structured approaches, and interactive simulation resources.
• Meticulousness, creativeness, and analytical abilities.
