Obligations and Duties
- Envision and lead transaction arranging and execution for the organization’s issuing house business by leveraging sector awareness and networks.
- Origination of capital markets, project, and organized finance agreements
- Carry out due diligence, on-site visits, financial, credit and risk assessment on potential financial record.
- Evaluate customer business strategies, financial projections and organize evaluation and recordkeeping to evaluate possibility financial record against our Qualification requirements, risk appetite, sector limits etc.
- Support to project setup of mandate letters, board papers, term sheets and credit papers, with clear comprehension of structural elements of each mandate, which includes key effectiveness factors and risk mitigants.
- Formulate proprietary financial projections and scenarios for internal transaction evaluation and post-transaction supervising of customer effectiveness.
- Actively analyze metrics guest accommodations, oversee information flow, track correspondence with customers on ongoing collaborations and preserve proper records for each project.
- Execute desktop and market analysis on possibility customers, rivals, market trends, avenues, and threats.
- Assist new business pitches making sure dispatch with sound conditions-based offerings, for both internal board authorizations and roll-out to the market.
- Expertly use MS Workspace Suite resources, which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint, supplying specialist business/documentation drafting and demonstrations for within and outside the organization use.
- Build financial projections and perform cost assessments applicable to specific financial record.
- Engage in thorough technical and financial talks with customers and other parties to an Problem.
