Job Description
Position Overview
- The Center Top level Director directs the Analysis Center inside the Plan and Asset Mobilization team, shaping its strategic aspiration and business initiatives.
- Central to this position is pushing the Analysis Center’s endeavors to handle worldwide hurdles, shape markets, and capitalize on commercial opportunities in alignment with FHI 360’s plan.
- The Top level Director spearheads the development of long-term business strategies vital for delivering effect in the appointed Big Worldwide Difficulty (BGC) and entire business strategy.
- Operating alongside creative teams, they implement Center strategies, curate evidence to improve effect, enhance worldwide shape through expert influence and learning programs, promote long-term alliances, and develop high-functioning Networks of Practice.
- As a top specialist and consultant, the Top level Director advisors critical concerns, utilizing comprehensive expertise to shape creative thoughts and principles.
- They handle programme success and future notions, decide on initiatives affecting strategic targets, build networks, and are identified as a thought leader.
- Partnering both within and outside International activities is critical for delivering corporate targets.
Proficiency & Shape:
- Make decisions that significantly effect the Center’s capability to attain its targets and support to the company’s purpose.
- Shape the Center’s positioning as a thought leader and market influencer.
- Foster creativity and promote long-term alliances to improve FHI 360’s worldwide footprint.
- Serve as an within and outside the organization high-visibility specialist and spokesperson for FHI 360’s project sample on specified technical zones dealing with BGCs.
- Align the 3-Year Asset Mobilization Strategy for BGC with the Center’s 3-year Business Strategy to guarantee strategic consolidation and influential results.
Partnership & Engagement:
- Engage with top level management, senior leaders, and primary stakeholders.
- Develop strategic collaborations critical to the Center’s success.
- Navigate multifaceted perspectives and participant interests to build teamwork and lead influential results.
- Recognize and establish new cooperative strategic collaborations with funders, government entities, and primary stakeholders.
- Build FHI 360’s reputation and credibility through outreach and market reputation improvement.
- Produce official networks with key decision-makers.
- Serve as an external spokesperson for the company.
At least Credentials:
Bsc or its international equivalent in Expertise/Information Solutions, Communications, Education, Environment, Health, Conductual, Life/Community-related Sciences, International Development, Human Development, or a relevant field. At least 15 years associated expertise, coordinating nonprofit programs and technical dispatch in international development settings; 12 years and a MSC; 9 years and a PhD; or equivalent integration of applicable education and expertise to execute work tasks productively.
Qualifications:
Accreditation qualifications may differ relying on the specific priority sector of the Center.
Preferred Credentials:
MSC or its International Equivalent in a relevant field. Commute:
Commute qualifications may differ but could engage up to 40%, relying on project needs and worldwide relation qualifications, encompassing both international and domestic commute.
Typical Physical Needs:
Typical work setting. Constantly uses a computer and other workspace productivity machinery, which includes a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be capable to remain in a stationary role 50% of the time.
Tech:
