Chief Accountabilities

• Repeatedly coordinate with the L&H SME to guarantee that applicable Lifting and Hoisting Standardized processes and industry guidelines are constantly executed across BN Project.
• Verify that the Lifting processes are carried out safely and in conformance with the authorized Lift Strategy.
• Formulate all categories of Lift Strategies in assist of Bonga North and carry out periodic assessments.
• Verify that every relevant Lifting and Hoisting Standardized processes are comprehend and submitted application by all staff participated in Lifting Processes.
• Carry out Rigging Studies, which includes Crane qualifications, load calculations, and analysis of Crane load charts.
• Produce and evaluate Method Statements, Risk Evaluations, and Position Safety Evaluation strategies.
• Ensure applicable IOGP Begin Work Checks are examined prior to implementation of every mechanical Lifting process.
• Verify categorization and technical content of lift strategy is accurate.
• Verify lifting tools is operated only within safety-compliant limits and OEM operating directions.
• Establish lifting appliance set-up/setup, making sure accurate tools is accessible and safety devices are installed and business.
• Ensure restricted entry or no-go zone is established.
• Ensure commute route of lifting process is clear and free from risks/ obstructions (e.g., overhead barriers which includes powerlines).
• Ensure good entry/egress routes for the lifting team, which includes alternate routes if walkways blocked.
• Engage/head toolbox talks.
• Verify all staff in lifting process are protected at work by sufficient development, expertise, and oversight.
