Primary duties

• Project setup of cost evaluation based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials necessary, and work participated.
• Project setup of cost strategies to enable design teams to generate practical designs for building projects, which includes coordinating with with architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Getting ready of agreement documents which includes invoice of quantities.
• Preserve and execute building financial plan for each project
• Bargain prices with suppliers, analysis new materials for design and cost savings.
• Formulate and execute new buying plans to supply ongoing cost reductions
• Utilize digital tools, safety measures, and information exchanging to grow productivity
• Track and regulate expenses throughout the project, recognizing cost-saving avenues.
