About the position

We are looking for an skilled and devoted Record Regulate/Quality, health, safety, and environment Executive to assist our Quality, health, safety, and environment department, making sure adherence possessing applicable rules and pushing ongoing development in our quality service dispatch.

Primary duties

• Formulate, execute, and preserve Quality, health, safety, and environment rules and standardized processes to guarantee adherence with Ensure the organization’s adherence with all certification and specialist membership qualifications.
• Collaborate with Chief, Quality, health, safety, and environment to oversee the execution and ongoing development of our management operational structures (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018). 
• Coordinate with compliance-related bodies, certification boards, and specialist entities to preserve valid accreditations. 
• Ensure the compliance to standard procedures and codes of practice stipulated by specialist entities. 
• Organize and send necessary documents, documentation, and qualifications to preserve active memberships. 
• Collaborate with Chief, Quality, health, safety, and environment to head within and outside the organization audits for adherence with various industry guidelines. 
• Help the Chief, Quality, health, safety, and environment to lead the organization’s regulatory framework on ongoing development, standards oversight, and risk risk reduction. 
• Serve as the organisation’s key reach out point for all compliance-related and accrediting bodies. 
• Carry out consciousness programs on adherence and quality-associated concerns. 
• Track modifications in applicable guidelines and rules, making sure the organization’s procedures are in sync. 

Credentials

• B.Technology/ bachelor's in engineering/Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in any site
• At least 5 years’ expertise in QA/regulate inside the Petroleum sector sector
• Applicable qualifications which includes ISO 9001 Head Audit officer, ISO 45001 and 1SO 14001
• Demonstrable capability to head teams and oversee cross-operational projects productively.
• Expertise in Petroleum sector development accreditations.
