Plan Management Associate at Multigate Payments Limited in Ikoyi, Lagos

Role summary

The Plan Management Associate plays a main responsibility in assisting the Head of Employees and senior management in pushing organisation-wide strategic programs, effectiveness supervising, and process effectiveness. This position works closely with the CEO and executive guidance team to formulate, execute, and track plans that drive expansion, creative invention, and attractiveness with duties spanning strategic organizing, evaluation, and project coordination, you will serve as a critical participant to high-effect strategic judgment across the company.

Compliance & Recordkeeping:

• Organize board documentation, investor demonstrations, and executive briefings in partnership with the Head Of Employees.
• Recognize avenues to streamline methods and leverage online platforms to improve process effectiveness.
• Help in composing, updating, and preserving organisation rules, SOPs, and internal documented guides.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping of operational workflows and processes to assist process effectiveness and visual precision.
• Assist compliance endeavors by making sure all strategic recordkeeping is in sync with adherence and status updates guidelines..

Qualifications

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, or a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of expertise as a Technical Evaluator or similar position in the financial solutions or tech industry.
• Robust logical and analytical abilities, with the capability to think critically and offer creative strategies.
• Expertise with software running test structured approaches and resources.
• Understanding with data evaluation and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies to productively communicate technical information.
• Capability to operate jointly in a collaborative environment while coordinating various projects at the same time.
• Meticulous with a robust concentration on quality and precision.
