Skilled Continental / Asian Cook at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly proficient and skilled Continental / Asian Cook to join our culinary team. The preferred candidate will bring creativeness, precision, and enthusiasm for food, with proven competence in getting ready a variety of Continental and Asian cuisines.

Primary duties

• Organize and supply premium quality dishes across Continental and Asian menus.
• Formulate and implement new recipes that reflect international culinary guidelines.
• Ensure regular taste, visual communication, and quality of meals served to guests.
• Preserve outstanding kitchen hygiene, food safety, and adherence with health rules.
• Oversee and train entry-level kitchen employees to uphold culinary guidelines.
• Work alongside management on menu organizing, costing, and procurement fresh ingredients.
• Ensure productive use of kitchen assets to reduce waste.
• Show exceptional plating and public speaking to improve visitor dining experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 10–15 years demonstrated expertise as a Continental/Asian Cook in reputable hotels, resorts, or fine-dining establishments.
• Specialist culinary accreditation or equivalent development.
• Solid understanding of international food practices, methods, and flavor profiles.
• Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Executive guidance and team leadership abilities.
• Clear articulation and corporate abilities.
• Creativeness and creative invention in food visual communication (plating competencies are a plus).
