As a Billing and cash clerk at Adia Hospital, you will be in charge of coordinating cash financial record with patients and visitors, managing invoicing questions, and offering outstanding client support. Your position is vital in preserving precise finance records and making sure a positive expertise for our patients.

Primary duties

• Manage all cash financial record precisely and productively, which includes receiving payments, issuing receipts, and processing reimbursements.
• Oversee patient invoicing questions and offer support with payment options and coverage requests.
• Preserve precise records of financial record and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each change.
• Help with financial statements and audits as necessary.
• Offer exceptional client support and handle patient and visitor questions in a courteous manner.
• Work alongside other departments to guarantee precise invoicing and payment processing.
• Protect privacy and adhere with hospital rules and rules.

Credentials

• Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / OND / Bsc
• Demonstrated expertise as a Billing and cash clerk or in a similar position.
• Robust quantitative competencies and meticulousness.
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• Skilled in using cash registers, POS operational structures, and basic financial system.
• Capability to manage financial record precisely and responsibly.
• Client support-oriented with a friendly and specialist demeanour.
• Capability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
