Frontend & backend React Native Developer at Bluconvalley Limited in Ajah, Lagos

About the Position

• We’re recruiting a Frontend & backend React Native Developer who can ship generation-grade mobile applications comprehensive.
• You’ll build beautiful, efficient React Native apps, design/use APIs, combine payments and updates, and manage releases to the App Store and Google Play.
• If you’re cozy moving from Figma → mobile User interface → backend endpoints → data analysis and CI/CD, this is for you.

Backend & APIs:

• Design, build, and record REST/GraphQL APIs with Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Model data in PostgreSQL/Supabase (Prisma/TypeORM/Drizzle), add caching with Redis, and manage auth (JWT/OAuth, position-based permissions).
• Build instantaneous capabilities with Socket.IO (chat, presence, live status reports).

Dispatch & Quality:

Set up CI/CD for mobile (Expo EAS/Fastlane) and backend (GitHub Actions); oversee code signing and store entries. Compose tests (Jest, React Native Running test Library, supertest), execute code assessments, and preserve clean recordkeeping.

Must-Possess abilities

• 1+ years building generation mobile applications with React Native + TypeScript (released apps preferred).
• Robust User interface execution from Figma to pixel-ideal parts (Tailwind-RN/StyleSheet).
• Reliable backend expertise with Node.js (Express/NestJS), PostgreSQL/Supabase, Prisma/TypeORM/Drizzle, Redis.
• Cozy with auth, file uploads, webhooks, rate limiting, secure storage (Keychain/Keystore).
• Instantaneous operational structures (Socket.IO); profile duty, queues, updates.
• Store release expertise: provisioning profiles, certifications, versioning, staged rollouts.
• Git competence (branches, PRs, assessments) and a product mentality (measure → learn → iterate).
• Native modules/bridging (Android/iOS) or expertise with Expo config plugins.
• Nice to possess: WebRTC (calls/streams), media processing, map-heavy apps.
• Basic Development-operations (Docker), cloud (AWS/Vercel/Supabase), observability (data records, indicators, tracing).
• Payment/KYC flows in the Nigerian market; consciousness of local device/network restrictions.
• You use AI efficiently (platform / staging tests, produce variants, condense data records) while drafting your own clean, maintainable code. We value shipped, real-world work over tutorial demos.
