System Admin / Installer at Trends Ventures in Ikeja, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and technically proficient System Admin to supervise and preserve our Technology infrastructure. The preferred candidate will possess practical experience in steward servicing & maintenance, internet and network management, laptop provisioning and assist, time & presence device management, and Closed-circuit television installation and diagnosing issues. This position is critical to making sure the smooth process, guard, and reliability of our operational structures.

Laptop & Endpoint Management:

• Offering, set up, and preserve laptops and desktops
• Execute endpoint guard and system enhancements
• Offer IT assistance and diagnosing issues for final users.

General IT systems support:

• Address helpdesk tickets and settle hardware/software concerns
• Manage records of operational structures, settings, and standardized processes
• Work alongside vendors and service vendors when needed.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Tech, Electrical Electronics or relevant field
• 3+ years of expertise in system management or IT systems support
• Solid understanding of Windows/Linux servers, relationship building procedures, and guard
• Expertise with biometric/time presence operational structures and Closed-circuit television technical solutions
• Outstanding diagnosing issues and verbal abilities
• Qualifications which includes CompTIA Steward+, Cisco certified network associate, or Microsoft Accredited are a plus.

Work Environment & Perks

N200,000 - N250,000 / Month and career advancement avenues Onsite with occasional on-site activities for device system setups.
